Kountry Kastle Barbecue in Paducah

Atmosphere is great, service is great, but the food is awful. This place used to have the best food in town. Not anymore. Great place to hang out and drink beer but not for the food.

Very very very slow got 2 hotdogs 1 fry and it's taken at 45 minutes.sad sad sad

It was ok, first time I went there, maybe I didn't know what to have. Overall ok.

Always find something to eat there. Needs some remodeling.

The BBQ and deep fried cauliflower and cheese is the best thing on the menu also top it off with a ice cold draft beer

Ribs were awesome. Beer was ice cold as usual. Slaw could have been fresher, will probably avoid it next time. Staff courteous!

I love their chili cheese dogs the best. Then their baked beans are awesome too. All their food is great. Serves beer, but not mixed drinks. Can be a little slow getting checked out when leaving, but otherwise a great place to go out for a night. Can be rowdy at nights bc of drinking crowd.

I gotta say this is ONE of my Favorite places to eat out the food is always great and if anything doesn’t meet your expectations they make it right! Highly Recommend going here! Beer is cheap too😉🍻

Been coming here most of my life for the best hickory smoked Bar-b-Que in Paducah, KY and the KY and Lake Barkley resort area!

There is a reason that they have been in business for 80 years. Good food, great service, reasonable prices, and relaxed atmosphere... What's not to like?

Food is good, service not so much. Went in to eat dinner but had a hard time getting the waitress to acknowledge we were there. She was more interested in the drunks in the next booth. I guess drunks tip better.

Staff was rude. Service was slow. My hot ham and cheese was lukewarm at best. Part of my daughter's order was forgotten. No one came to the table to see if we needed anything or needed refills. Told our server that I had to place a to go order but she never came back to the table to get it. I had to go to the register to order my to go order. When it was time to pay, myself and a few other people had to stand there to wait to pay while workers stood in the back talking. This place is really going down hill and I won't be back.

Great food as always, but the time it takes to get your food is pretty lengthy. If you plan to eat out and just enjoy your night with no rush to go anywhere, this is a great place to be! Otherwise, I'd call the order in ahead of time and take it to-go!

We were seated + orders taken within a short time. Our meals arrived and the food was great! Waitress filled up glasses. We plan to go eat there more often now!

Great for BBQ and beer. The Nachos are a great starter ! Ribeye sandwich and corn nuggets are also great choices. Nice rustic casual atmosphere and kid friendly !! Something on the menu for everyone and not out of anyone's price range! The reason I am not giving 5 stars ? I have been going there since I was a little kid so I will always love it, however the quality of the service and the BBQ, while still good, has gone down just a little bit in the last 4-5 years. Still a great place though!

Went to purchase a Christmas Gift that was in the ad. They were out of stock and gave me a rain check. As soon as it came in they called and honored the sale price. Wonderful team of associates.

From the outside I didn't have high expectations for the place but the food was really good and the environment wasn't as bad as I initially thought. Service was quick and waitresses were friendly. Menu was very eclectic. Most everything is a la carte. Ordered Philly melt and chili cheese fries. All told meal was $10 and that included the tip. Will be stopping by the next time I'm in Paducah.

Terrible wait time, over a hour wait, customer service was not very friendly and to be honest,I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom or the food once it came. I will not be returning for another visit.

I used to love this place. The food was amazing and cheap. But they've slowly gone down hill. Recently raised prices quite a bit. And the food doesn't taste as good as it used to and with the FEW exceptions to waitresses, service is terrible. They have taken a lot of the tables out and practicing social distancing. Maybe that's why the service is terrible 🤷‍♀️ the only thing consistent in the restaurant is messing up orders.

Barbeque on toast is still as good as the first one I had 35 years ago. Service still great because each server that passes by checks to see if you need anything.

Good BBQ one of my favorites but bathroom is never clean and smells place could stand a little updating.
